Construction steps of epoxy industrial floor paint to ensure your project the best quality:

Step 1: Grinding and processing the floor rafters with a floor grinder with an industrial vacuum cleaner, the purpose is: to treat the surface of the concrete floor, create a foothold for the epoxy paint layer. The places where the concrete cracks need to be sharpened to widen the cracks, the stop joints of the floor need to be dredged and dusted.
Step 2: Use a floor scrubber and black bet to beat the entire floor surface.
Step 3: Clean the floor surface with a vacuum cleaner and specialized tools.
Step 4: Check and re-evaluate the entire floor surface, any position that is not guaranteed needs to be thoroughly re-treated.
Step 5: Apply epoxy primer to create an intermediate connection.
Step 6: Treat large cracks and defects on the floor with a specialized defect treatment epoxy mortar.
Step 7: Apply the first layer of epoxy industrial floor paint .
Step 8: Repeat step 6 once and apply to the paint layer just painted.
Step 9: Scrub the entire floor surface with a sanding machine.
Step 10: Clean the floor surface with a wet pusher and a vacuum cleaner.
Step 11: Check the entire floor surface before applying the second layer of epoxy industrial floor paint, re-treat unsatisfactory positions.
Step 12: Apply the second layer of epoxy industrial floor paint (finishing layer).
